Illya Ovchar is a young European fashion photographer. He works between Paris, Milan, and Munich, regularly shooting for agencies and magazines. His images are defined by elegance, clean simplicity, and a bold visual approach that is shaping contemporary fashion photography today.

Illya works on a Phase One system, uses Profoto lighting, and is a Briese Lights ambassador—bringing the same level of technical excellence and quality as international fashion productions. For the first time, he will be holding a workshop in Budapest with us at MM Studio.

  • 14:00–15:30 Most commonly used light modifiers

  • 19:00 End of workshop

The workshop will be held in English.

Who is this workshop for?

This workshop is for photographers who are no longer looking for the basics, but want to level up in fashion photography.

It’s for those who want to understand how a real fashion editorial is built—from the first concept all the way to the final images and who want to see and truly grasp how an internationally working fashion photographer thinks while creating a complete story.

If visual storytelling, the rhythm of a series, intentional communication with the model, and precise use of light matter to you and you’re inspired by the world of high-end, clean, editorial fashion photography—then this workshop is for you.

Workshop fee

The early bird participation fee for the workshop is HUF 139,700 / person, valid until February 15.
All listed prices are gross and include VAT.

The participation fee includes:

  • Participation in a one-day, intensive fashion photography workshop

  • Small-group training with a limited number of participants (max. 7–8 people)

  • A professional studio environment

  • A live fashion shoot with a model, following a real workflow

  • Professional guidance and feedback throughout the entire workshop

Anastasia Jovanovic

Anastasia Jovanovic is an international model based in Hamburg. She is regularly walking for fashion shows in Paris, appearing in magazines, and campaigns worldwide. Alongside modelling Anastasia is a doctor.

Viktoriia Vensky

Viktoriia Vensky has been in the fashion industry for over 10 years. Starting off as a model, she has now transitioned into styling and most recently has become an art director and marketing professional. Viktoriia has worked with publications such as Numéro and Vogue UA.
